Aikido of Northern Virginia Spring Retreat Registration
Aikido of Northern Virginia invites you to our spring retreat with Mike Lasky Sensei at Camp Round meadow. This year we will focus on the basic jo kata that were handed to Lasky Sensei by Saotome Sensei. We will study jo kata and their relationship to Aikido movement overall.
